We calculate our rates based on the number of words in the original text and the degree of technicality of the subject matter. The prices we charge per source word also varies for each target language. They are typically ranged between US$ 0.08 and US$ 0.13.

You know exactly how much your translation is going to cost before the work is started, so you will never pay too much. Each project is considered individually and we will always confirm all costs in writing. With our economical rates, your project will be both on budget and on time.

Large translations (8000 words or more) and projects that are executed over a longer period of time get a 20% discount. We have a minimum charge of US$ 35.00 for small documents.

If requested we help you certifying/legalising our translation. A public notary carries out this process. Our standard costs are US$ 15.00 per page.

Payment is made online using PayPal or by regular bank transfer. If requested, the invoice will be sent to you by post. Payment is not due until the translations are ready.
